Alma mater: University Of Wisconsin Whitewater - Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Master in Business Administration with an HR emphasis
Family: I have three boys: Luke (13), Connor (12) and Benjamin (10) they are the greatest joys of my life. My partner Andy and I have a hobby farm in Edgerton, WI. We pride ourselves in homesteading and learning more about how to live off our land. We own a maple syrup business in Denmark, WI which was built by Andy and his brother. In March and April, you can catch our families tapping roughly 2,000 trees and selling our products all over the state. The business will be taken over by our boys in the near future. When we are not on the farm or running our syrup business, we coach boys youth travel soccer in Milton, WI for our two youngest sons. Meanwhile, our oldest is a musical guru who is in many theatre curriculums.
What I like to do in my off-hours: Be outdoors, or find a new DIY project to start.
My superpower: Empathy and observation
Where I volunteer: Manage and help coach travel youth soccer for U13
Community recognition: We receive lots of recognition from the parents and the community! We treat the players and families as if they were our own, and we strive to make the environment a positive one where kids can go to learn and be themselves.
Favorite client experience: I enjoy making new connections, all while ensuring I am making my clients feel heard, respected, welcomed and appreciated.
Professional accomplishment I’m most proud of: I was recognized for my customer service skills and leadership skills in my previous sales job - ensuring that I am meeting all the standards while upholding positivity, hard work and professionalism, and being a team player.
Favorite thing about working at AMPED: Everyone gives off positive energy, and everyone is a team player. As soon as you walk into the building, or are on a call with any of thde staff you feel welcomed and included. The company strives to uphold a close-kit feeling, not only for the staff, but also the client partners.
What I like about the AMC model: It allows association leaders to stop managing the association and instead put their focus entirely on leading the association and the membership. It makes that transition easier and serves the organization better.
