Chris Caple Honored with WSAE Association Leadership Award

AMPED Association Management is proud to announce that Chris Caple, Director of Sourcing and Meetings, has been named the recipient of the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) 2026 Association Leadership Award.

The Association Leadership Award recognizes an individual who demonstrates exceptional leadership within their association, profession or the broader association community while exemplifying WSAE’s values of inclusion, integrity, passion and innovation.

With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and more than a decade at AMPED, Caple has built a reputation as a trusted resource for association clients, hospitality partners and colleagues. Her approach combines deep industry expertise with an unwavering commitment to relationships, transparency and creating successful experiences for association communities.

Caple leads sourcing and contract negotiations for meetings and events across AMPED’s association clients and oversees meeting logistics for one of the company’s largest accounts. She is also actively engaged in the meetings and hospitality industry, continually monitoring market shifts, emerging technology and trends to help clients make informed decisions and plan for what’s ahead.

At the heart of Caple’s work is a belief that association meetings are about much more than venues, room blocks and contracts. They create opportunities for people to connect, strengthen their communities and move their professions forward.

Caple will be recognized alongside the other 2026 WSAE award recipients at the WSAE Annual Summit this November.
