ECFC Partners with AMPED Association Management

The Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) is excited to announce a new partnership with AMPED Association Management, a firm known for delivering strategic and innovative support to growing associations. Effective November 3, 2025, AMPED will provide full-service management to ECFC, positioning the organization for expanded reach, enhanced member value, and long-term growth.
As part of this new chapter, Emily Bardach, has been named Executive Director. Bardach brings more than three decades of experience leading mission-driven associations. Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic vision, Emily is passionate about empowering associations to deliver meaningful member value and drive industry impact.
“We are excited for this next chapter” said ECFC President Karen Frost. “Our partnership with AMPED will allow us to better serve our members and expand our organization’s impact on the future of flexible compensation. We are thrilled to have Emily’s leadership and expertise as we move forward.
