Karie Krantz is New Executive Director for Leadership California

AMPED Association Management is pleased to announce that Karie Krantz has been appointed Executive Director of Leadership California (LC).

An AMPED team member since 2021, Krantz has worked with multiple organizations to transform processes, improve efficiencies, implement new technologies, and build strong teams.

“As the new executive director, I'm honored to lead Leadership California, California's premier women's leadership organization,” said Krantz. “Our dedication to harnessing the transformative power of diverse women to drive meaningful change and focus on current issues and trends provides unique opportunities for expanding networks and learning from exceptional women leaders. I'm excited to lead Leadership California to scale women's impact across industries and geographies that will help shape the future of California.”

Leadership California is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) foundation whose mission is to catalyze distinguished women leaders across California to scale their impact. More than 1,700 women leaders from around California have participated in LC programs to increase their knowledge of California issues and trends, broaden their connections, boost their influence, and be inspired to act and make a difference.
