AMPED Continues Growth with the Development of Executive Team

As part of an innovative strategy to deliver leadership and resources to its team of 50 staff members across the U.S., AMPED Association Management introduces a new governance structure that includes the appointment of an Executive Team. The team will help drive the strategic plan and culture of AMPED while encouraging collaboration and career growth for all staff.

“I'm excited about the Executive Team and what they will bring, collectively. I see the team as an extension of myself and part of the evolution of AMPED,” said Lynda J. Patterson, FASAE, CAE, President and Owner of AMPED. “Each Executive Team member has unique perspectives, backgrounds and management styles that will help us grow the company, establish best practices and support the needs of our clients on a day-to-day basis. Most importantly, it is my vision that the Executive Team will connect all AMPED staff and give them the resources they need to do their jobs effectively and develop as individuals.”

Since AMPED opened its doors in Madison, WI in 2008, the full-service association management company has grown and evolved. With offices in Madison, WI, Washington, DC, and Sacramento, CA, AMPED has distinguished itself as a leader in the industry nationally, helping associations achieve their highest potential and create a fun, collaborative environment for its staff. AMPED provides association leadership, strategic planning, meeting planning, communications, and financial management to a variety of national and global trade and professional associations.

“The growth of our company has really happened organically,” continued Patterson. “As our teams have grown, we’ve encouraged them to look within the company for new opportunities and have given them the space to explore new roles and acquire new skills. Essentially, they can change jobs without changing employers. And that’s pretty cool!”
